Biography:
Kailee Dale-Rhyne, LISW is a clinical Wellness Provider in the Wellness Center and a proud Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ alumna. Kailee is a Licensed Independent Social Worker, who received her Bachelors in Social work from MSJ in 2022 and Masters of Social Work from Miami University in 2023. During her time in school, she was an active member of the Social Work Board Panel and a member of the MSJ Women’s Lacrosse team. Following her graduation, Kailee worked in both school-based and community mental health settings where she provided individual and group therapy and support services to clients ranging from early childhood-adulthood.
As a Clinical Wellness Provider, Kailee offers both individual counseling and case management services. She works collaboratively with students to address concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and overall wellness. When additional support is needed, she can help students connect with campus and community resources, navigate referrals, and develop plans that support their academic and personal success.
Having been a student-athlete and active member of the MSJ community, Kailee understands many of the challenges students face while balancing academics, relationships, personal growth, and life transitions. Kailee's approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and focused on helping students build practical skills and confidence. She incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, and creative interventions tailored to each student's unique needs and goals.
Outside of her work, Kailee enjoys spending time with her partner and puppy, reading, traveling, and exploring new arts and crafts projects.
